I first talked on the phone with Nate and he said he was setting up the appointment for Monday at 8:30am. When I arrived at the store the rep looked and found no appointment was set up. I wish I remembered his name. He was GREAT! Got me in as soon as he could. Nate was no help or there.

Amazing customer service, Nathaniel took time and effort to find a lock key for the lug nut. After looking through the box they had, he recommended breaking them off since I didn't have the key and I agreed. It was well after closing time and he continued to work taking them off after what was supposed to be a simple single patch up. After all the work he was happy to bring me the keys, I wish I could've tipped him.

We were blown away with the customer service we received from Luke and the folks at the DT in Amarillo, TX. We had a group of Scouts heading to Philmont, New Mexico and had a tire issue along the way. I called them up and told them the situation, expecting a patch or plug on my week old set of tires. When we arrived Luke was waiting outside for us and said that he had already had a new matching tire shipped to the store and that we would be back on the road shortly. He had some great restaurant suggestions for us to do lunch down the road and before we got our food I was notified that my vehicle was ready. Very grateful for Luke and the crew here and DT has earned my business for the foreseeable future.

The crew there was slammed with customers and I only waited about 10-15 minutes to talk to someone. A young gentleman helped me and told me that my TPMS sensors needed to be changed, they also threw in a free tire rotation. He said initially that it would take about 2-3 hours. I asked him if he had any appointments available and he said that he didn't for that day. Did I say they were swamped? Anyway, he got back with me after a minute on the PC screen and said that I could come back around 2:20 PM and they would fit it in and be done within an hour of my return. Discount Tire delivered on that promise. We ended up talking before they were done with my truck and it was a great conversation. Couldn't be more pleased. I'll be back!

I just got new tires may 30 2026 and I made my appt the day before. My appt was at 4 pm, I showed up 5 mins early and was out by 425. Amazing team, front and back. Could not be happier with the customer service or the tire service.
